Crossroads Christian Youth Center exists to reach the lost for Christ, build up believers in their walk with the Lord, and equip students to serve God and others.  We accomplish those 3 goals through a variety of ministries:

Weekly youth group for JH and High School

College-aged leadership team

Summer day camp

Mission trips

Camps and retreats

Church softball leagues

Competitive home-school sports

Outreach events

Doug & Val Pierson have been the directors at Crossroads CYC for over 27 years.  Doug runs all the above ministries with help from a lot of volunteers.  Over the years, we have seen hundreds of people receive Christ as Savior, a tremendous amount of spiritual growth in the lives of our teens, and many of our students go on to full-time ministry!

The Pregnancy Information Center (PIC) has served the Aurora community since 1985.  PIC's mission is to protect the life of the unborn and their vision is that ALL people make life-affirming choices.  Services are free, confidential and available in English and Spanish.  Angie Thomas is the Executive Director. For over 90 years, Wayside Cross Ministries has provided restoration and recovery for the impoverished, addicted, and abused. Men, women, and children are discovering new life and new hope.

Eric is the Global Operations Leader Development: Operations makes a difference by providing the supporting infrastructure and systems needed to resource tens, hundreds, and even thousands of spiritual movements.

Nerry is in Church Movements. Instead of treating the local church like a store waiting for customers, Cru Church Movements is flipping the model. We are helping to foster church cultures where the believers leave the pews and go OUT into the community to meet people where they are. As it was on the day of Pentecost, people are being introduced to Christ right where they are and helped to grow in their relationship with him… and invited into a local church body. The same messages are being shared, just in a different place and in a different order.

PROVIDING CHRISTIAN CARE AND COUNSEL FOR FAMILY LIVING.

At Baptist Children's Home we bring hope to hurting and troubled children and families, striving to teach them how to live godly in spite of painful or seemingly unfair circumstances. 

We provide this hope through group home and foster home care for children, Christian family and/or personal counseling, adoptive services, and care for pre-born children. In short, if it affects the family, BCH is there to help. 

Baptist Children's Home was called into existence in 1955 by churches seeking assistance in caring for families and children. BCH, according to the biblical mandate in James 1:27 to "Care for the Fatherless", answered this call and today cares for more than 800 children in the United States, India, Southeast Asia and Liberia.

Every Jewish person has the right to make up their own mind about Jesus. Many Jewish people have never heard that following Jesus is a viable and thriving expression of Jewish life. We want other Jewish people to have the opportunity to experience the spiritual richness we’ve found in being Jewish and following Jesus. 

Stephen Katz is the North American Director located in Washington DC for Jews for Jesus.

Josh and Lauren serve as church planting missionaries in France. Their goal is to train up leaders within the church who can take over as we move on to the next community.

Jim and Susan serve as missionaries in an international Children's Ministry.  They are driven to see children love Jesus and work to provide ways for kids to be discipled and encouraged in their daily walk with God.

Kent serves as the Executive Director over Asia Pacific and East Asia for ABWE.  Kent and Kelly's passion in ministry is to engage in the Great Commission in collaboration with Asian partners, by multiplying leaders, churches, and mission movements among these nations.

Chris and Maylin serve as missionaries at Harmony Baptist Church in Hong Kong.  

Tim teaches theology for Asia Biblical Theological Seminary in Thailand.

Allen and Jill serve with Live Global, a division of ABWE.  Live Global builds long-term relationships with national believers who already do impactful ministry in their cultural context.  From there, Live Global connects these national partners to like-minded North Americans who labor alongside their partner to see the ends of the Earth reached with the Good News of Jesus Christ.  Allen's specific role as the lead software engineer on Live Global's growing technology team is to equip our partners and the entire ABWE missions agency with quality technology tools for greater effectiveness in directly proclaiming the Gospel and managing the organization.

Randy and Cindy serve as missionaries in Southern Brazil.

Andrew and Taylor seek to advance the Gospel globally by building strategic partnerships with national believers, and engaging all believers in those relationships to multiply gospel impact. You can learn more about their ministry and how you can get involved at liveglobal.org/learn 

Junior and Bree Souza were born in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Junior is a pastor's kid and Bree's parents were missionaries to Brazil with ABWE for 30 years.  Junior has a master degree from Faith LaFayette.  They have currently been interns with their sending church, Eastside Baptist in Crawfordsville, IN. Their goal, once they are fully supported, will be to train Brazilian missionaries, Pastors and ministry workers in Biblical counseling and theology at Logos Seminary in Sao Paulo. They are fluent and plan to jump right into ministry.

Clare is a missionary with ABWE and primary goal is to mobilize the church by multiplying disciples, leaders and churches, reach every people group in North America and to send missionaries into the global field.  He is involved in church planting, leadership development, forming micro networks to develop leaders and plant churches, church revitalization, equipping pastors and lay people to fully engage the Great Commission.

Jason and Johana serve as missionaries in Peru.

The European Leadership Forum is a movement that God is using to renew the Biblical church and evangelize Europe. The heart of the Forum movement is about developing leaders as Jesus did. Pastor Scott has been a speaker and mentor and an integral part of ELF.
